New Lifeboat station planning application granted at last!
After a few hitches with previous planning applications, the application was finally given the thumbs up by Anglesey County Council planning department today.
We are very excited to see the work start on the new station. The village is sure to be a hive of activity with all the work going on, watching it all will be a lovely way to while a few hours in the sunshine (hopefully) this summer.
Whilst the new station is being built, the crew will be training in the newly refurbished Sea watch centre, if you haven’t been for a visit yet, now is the time, it looks great, with a fantastic new RNLI shop staffed by some wonderful volunteers.
Why not call for a coffee and some light lunch when you are in the village?
